Introduction to Meditation - Increased Health for you & your Employees

Meditating regularly is shown to lead to better physical and emotional heath, improved judgement, increased creativity and stronger relationships, all aspects a company would want for its employees. Learn the basics of meditation, the physiological impact on the body and simple tips for getting started with a regular meditation practice. This is an informational session and includes a short meditation experience.
Mindfulness Techniques for Alleviating Stress in the Moment
When a stressful situation occurs, what can you do in that moment to allow the body and mind to be more at ease? This class will provide you with some quick, simple and effective tools that will help you live more in the flow while responding mindfully to stressful situations.
Regular Recurring Mindfulness or Meditation Experiences

Group meditations are extremely powerful and are also a great way to help focus the energy of employees so that they're in a place to be more receptive to information they receive during the day. The Mindfulness or Meditation experience may include visualization, guided meditation or breathing techniques, which are chosen based on the audience and the conference goals. Regular recurring classes can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly or based on the needs of you and your employees. Class will range from 15-25 minutes.

Office Ergonomics

If you are experiencing chronic pain, discomfort or numbness, and you sit or stand at the computer for many hours a day, an Office Ergonomics evaluation may be the answer. The misalignment of the monitor, keyboard and other office furniture or accessories can lead to chronic discomfort. Many people may be able to alleviate their chronic pain, including shoulder, neck and wrist pain, with some simple office ergonomics adjustments.
